Refunds

We refund anything for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

Example: You receive an order on January 1 and decide on the 30th day after you receive the order (January 31st) to return it, the order needs to have a postmark date of not later than January 31st to be able to accept the return.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes circumstances may necessitate a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following terms:

The product must not be used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Gift cards or promotional codes; &

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

A clear description of the reason for the refund request; &

Any supporting evidence, such as photos.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is found to be defective or the result of an error on our part.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
